The solution

The Dorena Pads Theory is built on the belief that access to safe, comfortable, and affordable menstrual care is essential for dignity, education, and equality. We believe that when girls and women are supported with proper menstrual health solutions, they are more likely to stay in school, participate fully in society, and reach their full potential.
Our approach connects three key pillars: education, access, and empowerment. By combining menstrual health education, hands-on skills training, and the provision of reliable reusable pads, we address both the practical and social challenges of menstruation. We believe that sustainable menstrual care is not just a health issue, but a pathway to breaking stigma, reducing inequality, and creating stronger, more empowered communities.
