Education & Capacity Building
Education is a fundamental human right, yet millions of children still face barriers to learning. Through our Education & Capacity Building Program and the Regina-Martins Education Fund, we provide educational support, school essentials, and learning opportunities that help vulnerable children stay in school, develop essential skills, and build brighter futures.

Why Cho Ngafor Empowerment and Development Association?
Recognizing the need to continue his vision and expand its impact, the Cho Ngafor Foundation was established in 2012. In 2014, the organization formally opened its doors to the public and later evolved into the Cho Ngafor Empowerment and Development Association (CNEDA), reflecting a broader commitment to community empowerment and sustainable development.
Our Growth
What began as a commitment to supporting children’s education has grown into a comprehensive community development organization working to address the interconnected challenges faced by women, girls, children, and underserved communities.
Over the years, CNEDA recognized that educational success is influenced by many factors beyond the classroom. Girls missing school due to menstruation, families struggling with poverty, youth lacking employable skills, and communities facing health challenges all required holistic solutions.
As a result, CNEDA expanded its work into four key areas:
